Matt has been the Spiritual Growth Pastor since 2014. His job is to lead and inspire everyone at NorthCross to grow in their relationship with Jesus by engaging with the Gospel and in community with each other.

Laura joined the NorthCross team in the fall of 2023.  Her role is to engage, inspire, and lead NorthCross attenders to take a next step of connection by joining a small group and joining a volunteer team.

Kirsten joined the NorthCross team in summer of 2022. She is charge of all things NorthCross Kids. She organizes the volunteer teams and designs the Sunday experience for our little ones.

Ryan began his role in November 2023.  Ryan is responsible for the administration of NorthCross, including Human Resources, Finance, Safety and Security, and Buildings and Grounds.

Gennia officially joined the team in the fall of 2022. Her job is to assist the Children's Ministry Director to achieve the mission of reaching our young children with the good news of Jesus.

Shelly has been the Office Manager since 2007. Her job is to keep the mission moving forward by managing key functions and administrative duties.

Danny has been the Worship Director since 2015. His job is to engage and inspire volunteers to create weekend worship experiences that are enjoyable, relevant, and unmistakably centered on Jesus.
